Citizens for Community Values announced that Curtis Wilson has joined the team as Vice President of Advancement. In the role, Curtis will spearhead CCV’s efforts to support and serve Ohio churches, build strong ties with community allies, and cultivate support with families throughout the state who financially support the ministry.
“CCV is in a season of growth,” said Aaron Baer, President of CCV. “We’re on a mission to do justice in Ohio – to protect religious freedom, to build up families, and promote the dignity of life. The need for this mission grows daily, and adding Curtis to the team enables us to expand our work today, and ensure we’ll be there tomorrow.”
Curtis brings a unique skill set to CCV. Having worked in major donor development at Americans for Prosperity, and with churches throughout the world as a Global Engagement Officer with One Child Matters, Curtis will be reaching out across the state to come alongside churches and supporters.
“CCV is in a special position to transform Ohio for generations. You see real change when you empower the church to be a voice for freedom, life, and righteousness in Washington DC, at the Statehouse, at city councils, and at school boards. This is a message I’m thrilled to be taking to all corners of Ohio: come see all the good we can do when we stand up together,” said Curtis Wilson.
Curtis will be leading a new project of CCV’s called The Daniel Initiative to serve and empower churches to be light across the state and in their communities. More details on this revolutionary project will be released in the coming months.
