BREAKING NEWS: Ohio House Health Committee Passes Heartbeat Bill

The Ohio House Health Committee has passed the Heartbeat Bill (SB 23) on an 11-7 vote. This life-saving bill would prohibit abortion in Ohio once a heartbeat is detected.

“As Americans have watched states like New York pass radical pro-abortion legislation, Ohio is taking bold steps to defend the dignity of unborn children,” said Aaron Baer, president of Citizens for Community Values. “The Heartbeat Bill affirms what science and common sense tells us: that unborn children are unique individuals, worthy of basic protections.”
