Rachel Citak is the Legislative Liaison for Citizens for Community Values (CCV), Ohio’s Family
Policy Council. Rachel has an extensive background in judicial and political campaign experiences
at both the local and state levels. Her previous employment within the legal field included working as a law clerk
in the Office of the Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine, as well as interning with both the Cincinnati
and Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Offices.
Rachel has a special passion for Ohio families, adoption, foster care, and the pro-life
movement. Her contributions include an op-ed publication in the Columbus Dispatch entitled,
“Abortion industry takes aim at Ohio’s black communities.” Rachel has been featured on The
Daily Wire, LifeNews.com, The Radiance Foundation, Human Coalition and CEC for Life.
While attending the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Rachel met and graduated with her now-husband Rob. She is an Xavier University alum and enjoys equestrian sport as well as
writing & performing spoken word poetry. Her first public poetry reading was a prayer entitled
“79%” as part of the National Day of Mourning processional tour from Richmond to Birmingham,
raising awareness for the 20 million black lives lost to abortion.
