MATT STIERS

Chief Operating Officer

Matt serves as Chief Operating Officer at CCV, where he provides executive leadership over organizational operations, with an emphasis on strategic planning, compliance, and sustainable growth.

He holds a Doctorate in Law and Policy and a Master of Business Administration and brings extensive leadership experience from the healthcare sector, having led the development and oversight of compliance frameworks, operational infrastructure, and risk management in highly regulated environments. His professional background also includes academic roles in higher education in the United States and internationally, including faculty appointments, with a focus on  institutional governance, health services management, and cultural diversity.

Matt has spent more than a decade working between Israel and the United States, advancing the understanding of Israel within the evangelical community. He has also served as an educational delegate in the Middle East, partnering with academic institutions to expand access to high-quality higher education and to support the development of sustainable academic programs, and has served as a speaker and guest lecturer at universities and professional conferences globally.

Matt enjoys spending his free time with his amazing wife and their two sons.
