Enough is enough. No more men in girls' locker rooms!
It's Time to Stop the Free Reign of Predators and Modernize Ohio's Indecent Exposure Laws. Tell the Ohio Senate Judiciary Committee to Pass HB249!
There are only two weeks left before the Ohio Legislature leaves for summer break, and time is running out to pass the Indecent Exposure Modernization Act (HB249) to close a predatory loophole in Ohio's exposure laws.
The media and radical activists keep claiming, "No one is trying to expose children to obscene material." But in committee, the opposition's narrative collapsed when they openly admitted their true intentions under oath:
One performer boasted about doing "many shows and book readings to children."
Another stated, "I am a performer and entertainer for both adults and young people."
So-called Miss Gay Ohio 2026, a 47-year-old male performer, detailed the explicit physical transformation used to create hyper-sexualized features, arguing it is an art form to uplift, inspire, and educate... youth.
Yikes.
These activists are fighting for a "right" to bring adult kinks and fetishes into public parks, festivals, and libraries where your children play.
The exposure loophole allowed a trans-identified man to stand completely naked and stare at young girls in a Xenia YMCA locker room without legal consequences. Because current law uses the undefined term "private parts," a judge ruled him not guilty simply because his stomach covered his genitalia.
HB249 replaces this outdated language with the defined term "private area," ensuring sexual predators can never again hide behind gross technicalities to traumatize children.
"Half-dressed adults prancing around provocatively in front of children in public, or fully naked men walking around little girls’ locker rooms, must no longer be tolerated on our watch," said David Mahan, CCV Policy Executive Director.
