Biden DOJ Records Reveal Direct Collusion to Spy on Pro-Life Americans, Withheld Evidence in Trials
The federal government is tasked with protecting the constitutional rights of every citizen. However, a massive report released today, Tuesday, April 14, by the Justice Department’s Weaponization Working Group proves that under the Biden-Harris administration, the DOJ did the exact opposite.
Based on a review of over 700,000 internal records, the report reveals that federal prosecutors and the FBI worked hand-in-hand with radical abortion groups like the National Abortion Federation (NAF) and Planned Parenthood to track, monitor, and prosecute pro-life activists. The Biden DOJ bypassed simple information sharing to execute a coordinated surveillance operation targeting Christians and pro-life advocates.

According to the findings, the Biden DOJ used abortion-rights organizations as a "real-time" intelligence feed. The coordination reached an ethical breaking point when lead Biden prosecutors reportedly served as references for the NAF’s private grant applications.
The disparity in justice is staggering:
Sentencing Bias: The DOJ requested an average sentence of 26.8 months for pro-life defendants, compared to only 12.3 months for pro-abortion activists in similar cases.
Tactical Intimidation: The report slams the DOJ for coordinated "SWAT-style" arrests of peaceful demonstrators like Mark Houck, rather than allowing them to surrender.
Ethical Failures: Longtime prosecutors in the Civil Rights Division are accused of using their federal office to advance a pro-abortion agenda while ignoring violence against churches and pregnancy centers.
