Ohio is at a crossroads. New data from the 2026 Family Structure Index (FSI) shows our state has plummeted to 30th in national rankings.

Last year alone, 25,135 babies were killed in Ohio abortions—a 15% increase in a single year. The data reveal a devastating link: roughly 89% of these women were unmarried. It’s clear that we cannot end abortion without restoring marriage.
