Testify to Save Women’s Sports
The CCV-backed Save Women's Sports Act (House Bill 61 and Senate Bill 132), sponsored by Rep. Jena Powell (R-Arcanum), Rep. Reggie Stoltzfus (R-Paris Twp.), and Sen. Kristina Roegner (R-Hudson) was introduced in the Ohio House and Senate early in 2021.
Currently, biological men and boys who identify as women are allowed to participate in women's sports, denying girls in middle school, high school, and college equal opportunities to compete, and even win state titles and scholarships.
The Save Women's Sports Act preserves a level playing field for women and girls by requiring schools, higher education state institutions, and private colleges to designate separate single-sex teams and sports for each sex.
Our moms, sisters, daughters, nieces, and friends need your support! Stand up for women by submitting written or oral testimony for the Save Women’s Sports Act!
