GIVE A STOCK GIFT
Donor initiates the stock transfer with their broker using the Stock and Mutual Fund Transfer form.
Please send a copy of the Stock and Mutual Fund Transfer form to clightfoot@ncfgiving.com and to Robin at info@ccv.org.
This allows us to track the transaction, let everyone know when it has been completed and make sure it goes into the correct account
Some broker forms do not have a spot for the fund name and number which causes the monies to go into the “Unknown Donor Fund” until we hear differently.
PLANNED GIVING
