Media Advisory: Aaron Baer Joins AG Yost, Speaker Huffman for Press Conference on Constitutionality of EdChoice
COLUMBUS—Attorney General Dave Yost and Speaker of the Ohio House of Representatives Matt Huffman are co-hosting a press conference today—Monday, July 21, at 2:30 pm—to respond to the summary judgment Franklin County Judge Jaiza Page issued last month in favor of a coalition of public school districts that challenged the constitutionality of Ohio's EdChoice Scholarship Program.
Center for Christian Virtue (CCV) President Aaron Baer and School Choice Ohio President Eric "Yitz" Frank will also join the press conference to speak out against the ruling.
Credentialed media members may register to receive the Zoom link, which will allow them to ask questions following the featured speakers' comments.
