We have a crucial, time-sensitive opportunity to stand for life, truth, and children in Ohio.
Four of Center for Christian Virtue’s top-priority bills cleared the Ohio House but are now waiting in three Senate committees. With the 136th General Assembly (Ohio’s two-year legislative cycle) ending next month, the window to pass them into law is rapidly closing.
If committee members don't vote them to the Senate floor before adjournment, we risk losing years of hard-fought momentum.
Here is how these bills will make a real difference:
- Patient Protection Act & SHE WINS Act: Restore healthcare safety by requiring in-person care, risk disclosures, and common-sense safety protocols for high-risk drugs, including chemical abortion pills.
- Baby Olivia Act: Shows students (grades 5–12) the scientific reality of life in the womb using high-definition ultrasound animation showing human development from fertilization to birth.
- Indecent Exposure Modernization Act: Preserves single-sex spaces in public facilities and keeps sexual adult cabaret performances out of public areas where children are present.
Time is running out. But when Ohioans speak up, state leaders take notice!
Take Action to Protect Life, Truth, and Privacy
It takes less than 60 seconds to use CCV’s Action Center to message Senate President McColley and members of these three committees. Urge them to vote these four bills out to the full Senate floor so we can send them to the governor before it's too late.
Can we count on you to do your part for our precious babies--born and unborn?
1. Stop Abortion Pills by Mail
After sending your three messages, keep the momentum going by sharing this action alert with your small group, church members, and family!
When Christians mobilize together, our impact for God’s truth will be unstoppable.
