National School Choice Week helps families learn more about the education options available for their children.

The Ohio Christian Education Network (OCEN) SGO provides direct financial support that can bring these Christ-centered classrooms within reach.
While the concept of school choice is often discussed in the abstract, the OCEN SGO provides a concrete way to make those options a reality for families across our state. It allows you to take your state tax dollars and put them to work for students who need them most. By participating, you are ensuring that the next generation has access to a classroom grounded in truth and identity in Christ.
The Tax Credit: How It Works
Ohio law authorizes a dollar-for-dollar tax credit for those who contribute to a certified Scholarship Granting Organization. This is a unique opportunity to support Christian education at no net cost to you.
Individual Credit: Up to $750.
Joint Filer Credit: Up to $1,500.
When you donate to the OCEN SGO, you are simply redirecting your tax liability. Instead of your money going into a general state fund, it goes directly to a scholarship at a participating school that you choose.
All donations made before April 15 can be applied to the previous tax year.
